Measuring 19.81 meters in length, *Odessa* is a Sidenko-designed Whitbread 60 class racing yacht. 

She competed on behalf of Ukraine in the 1993–94 race, skippered by Anatoly Verba.

She underwent an extensive refit in 2008, bringing her up to modern maritime standards; this process enhanced her performance and gave her a more contemporary appearance.
