These terms explain use of Tonozz, operated by TONOZZ TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ. Account creation requires separate acceptance of the relevant Individual Account Agreement or Corporate Account Agreement. Visiting the website is not consent to optional cookies or commercial electronic messages.

1. Tonozz’s role

Tonozz brings together yacht, corporate service, emergency service, technical service and crew listings and enables direct contact with advertisers. The current service includes no payment, escrow or commission-based sales intermediation. Publishing a listing alone does not make Tonozz the seller, lessor, service provider or employer in the advertised transaction.

Listing approval or corporate document review does not guarantee ownership, representative authority, vessel seaworthiness, professional qualifications or transaction security. Parties must assess the relevant documents, counterparties and terms themselves. The emergency services category is not an official emergency call or rescue service; contact the competent emergency services in immediate danger.

2. Listing and use rules

Content must be accurate, current, lawful and relevant to its category. Fraudulent listings, misleading prices, unauthorised images or text, exposure of personal data, discriminatory or threatening content, scams, unsolicited bulk messages and malicious software are prohibited. Profession-specific permits and advertising restrictions also apply.

Do not circumvent security, access other people’s accounts, disrupt the service or collect personal data in bulk without authorisation. Subject to uses permitted by law, content may not be copied commercially without permission or used to build another listings database.

3. Publication and complaints

Listings may be reviewed before or after publication. Proportionate removal or access restrictions may be applied for suspected breaches, legal requests and security risks. Reasons and an opportunity to remedy issues are provided where appropriate. To report a listing or challenge a decision, send its link, your reason and relevant supporting information to info@tonozz.com; avoid unnecessary personal documents.

Advertisers can pause listings; this is not deletion. Republishing requires the necessary approval. Actual changes to a listing are subject to review. These rules apply to all listing categories.

4. Rights, links and availability

The website’s design, software and original content belong to the relevant rights holders. User content remains owned by its rights holders; permission to use it is limited to the needs of the listing service. External websites have their own services and terms which should be considered separately.

Maintenance, faults or security needs may interrupt the service. This does not remove Tonozz’s statutory duties of care and liability. These terms do not exclude mandatory user or consumer rights or require advance waiver of every claim for damages.

5. Future services and changes

Any paid listing, promotion or payment service will have its scope, price and contractual terms presented separately in advance. Current use does not automatically accept future charges. Material changes are notified appropriately, with renewed acceptance where required.
