Corporate Account Agreement

This agreement governs the account and listing service between the business opening a corporate Tonozz account and the operator, TONOZZ TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ. The person creating the account must be authorised to represent the business for this purpose. The Terms of Use supplement it; processing of representatives’ and other individuals’ data is explained in the Personal Data Notice (KVKK).

1. Business information and authority

Provide accurate, current business name, tax and contact information and any requested verification documents. Update changes to company information or representative authority and notify Tonozz where necessary. The business manages the authority and security of people it allows to access its account.

Document review is for account assessment. It does not guarantee official verification, professional competence, ownership, solvency or service quality. Upload only the document requested in the verification area and mask unrelated personal information where possible.

2. Service and charges

The current service consists of yacht, corporate service, emergency service, technical service and crew listings and contact with advertisers. Tonozz currently provides no on-platform payment, escrow, sales contract formation or commission-based intermediation. The parties agree the terms of commercial transactions separately.

This agreement does not start charges or an automatically renewing subscription for the current listing service. If paid listings, promotion or other paid services are introduced, their scope, price, duration and conditions will be presented separately; no charge will be collected without the required acceptance or order.

3. Professional and commercial obligations

The business is responsible for accurate claims, prices and images and for authority to advertise, provide the service and use third-party content. It must comply with licences, registrations, professional authorisations, consumer information and advertising rules applicable to its activities. Specific advertising restrictions for lawyers and other regulated professions also apply.

Employee, representative, crew or customer information may be shared only on a lawful basis and to the extent necessary. Listings must not include health records, identity documents or unrelated private information. Opening a Tonozz account does not confer professional authorisation.

4. Publication, changes and content rights

Listings undergo administrator review. Pausing removes a listing from public display but retains it in the account. Republishing requires the necessary administrator approval. Actual content changes trigger another review; saving unchanged content preserves the existing status. Approval is not a guarantee of the transaction or listing content.

Content rights remain with their owners. The business grants a non-exclusive permission limited to hosting, technical formatting and display needed for the listing service. Unlawful or misleading listings may be removed and accounts restricted in proportion to the breach. Appropriate information and opportunities for correction and objection are provided, subject to urgent security action and legal measures.

5. Ending the agreement, liability and contact

An authorised representative can request closure or challenge a review decision at info@tonozz.com. Representative authority may need verification. Termination does not remove accrued rights or mandatory retention obligations; personal data is handled under the Personal Data Notice (KVKK).
