Super Yacht Captain 499 GT

For 27 years, I served in the Turkish Naval Forces in various roles, including Navigation Petty Officer, Senior Petty Officer on board, Executive Officer, and Commanding Officer. I voluntarily retired in 2023.

            In my final assignment, I served as the commanding officer of Protocol Boats No. 1 and No. 2 belonging to the Turkish Naval Forces, where I gained valuable experience in hosting foreign dignitaries and high-ranking military officials in the Bosphorus Strait.

            My objective is to combine these experiences with my leadership skills and maritime knowledge in the yachting industry, offering high-standard service with a disciplined and professional crew, in full compliance with maritime customs and traditions.

            In line with this goal, I began my career as a yacht captain on a privately owned Arcadia 100 (31 meters) motor yacht. I operated for one year in the Bosphorus as well as the Aegean and Mediterranean regions. During this period, I organized the yacht’s class surveys, maintenance, and repair operations, managed the sales process, and successfully completed my duty by delivering the vessel to its new owner in La Spezia.
